Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
Dear Camden Assembly Members and Friends:
Santa Clara County has again modified its order to “Shelter in Place” effective November 17, 2020, and continuing until further notice. We are complying with this order. ALL indoor services are NOT allowed, so we are going back to meeting OUTDOORS ONLY. The Sunday Morning Worship Service, beginning November 22, 10:45 a.m., will be held outdoors in the church quad. Masks, temperature taking, and social distancing are still required. Sunday School is canceled until further notice.
Pastor Hyatt is available by phone (408-371-3770 or 408-849-9334) for prayer or other needs, and can also be reached by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The Sunday morning sermon (Sunday, 10:45 a.m.) and Wednesday night Bible study (Wednesday, 7:00 p.m.) will still be available, live streamed on the internet at the Camden Assembly of God Facebook site. You can also access them through the church website (camdenassemblyofgod.org/events).
Some other upcoming items of interest include the November 29 deadline for the Women’s Ministries Fire Victims Relief Project (collection of coats, sweaters, blankets and gift cards for California fire victims). November 29 is also the deadline for contributions to the Youth Speed-the-Light Project (providing vehicles and equipment for missionaries).
As always, your health and safety are our priority. Let us stay in a place of faith and prayer, as the world, our nation and our community are attacked with coronavirus.
